I'm sorry mama but ya jambalaya has been topped !😩😩😩 I hit Fort Worth to try out @chickenheadzcfc which is a brand new black owned food truck! Very simple menu with wings, tenders, jambalaya, red beans and rice, dirty rice, and fries. The Cajun fried chicken was a hit, y'all know I love me some wings....but the star? Easily the jambalaya. 🔥🔥 My first time having smoked jambalaya, this had so much flavor, the smoke taste was in every bite, and it had the perfect spice level to it. It had sausage and shrimp in it, packed with meat, but the rice was on point too. Usually don't say something is the best I've ever had but this one took the cake, and it's not close. 😋 The red beans and rice and dirty rice were both hits too, I was actually craving red beans and rice....but I have to say the smoked jambalaya was 👑 Simple menu, with alotta flavor, pull up on this food truck and check them out.
