Quick 16min workout between ferrying the daughter😝 What is a tabata workout? 20s of exercise at maximum effort followed by 10s of rest. I love these tabata songs (find it on Spotify) - each song is 4mins long with 8 cycles of 20s go 10s rest. I usually do 4 exercises per song(2 cycles each) and it goes by very quickly. Knowing that each cycle is only 20s helps alot! You're now listening to 1 cycle of the song 🎵 Anyway here's what I did : Song 1 : Jumping Jacks, Squats, Hi Knees, Jump Squats. Song 2 : Step Up (R), Step Up (L), Split Lunges, Alt Knee to Elbow. Song 3 : Knee Drives, Sumo Squat Pulses, Butt Kicks, Toe In and Out Squats. Song 4 : Side to side skips, Rev Lunge, Standing Broad jump, straight leg toe taps. Good music just makes workout time fly by - make up your own routine! It can be 1 or 2 exercises per song if you prefer repetition, or 8 different ones if you're easily bored 👍💪 #dontsayinehshare #remindertomove #doitforyou #fitnessover40
