It’s a dream come true for us to create something like this. The Filipino Festival (TFF) will start this October 5 at 12Monkeys Estancia with our Music Fest. TFF is all about celebrating our Music, Fashion, Film, Local Products and Food. October will be our yearly event and hopefully, we will get more support from both the private and public sectors. Our goal is not only confined to the country, but to also reach out to the many Filipino communities around the world, and to continue celebrating our culture and heritage despite advancements in technology. I believe that the power of the digital age could actually help us more in defining who we are as people and as a nation. Of course the culminating event after a month of festivities will be the Search for The Miss Philippines and Mister Philippines. We are looking forward to more international delegates from Filipinos overseas, to spread more awareness for our culture in the years to come. It’s not just your ordinary pageant.
