Recipe: Chicken Tenders: 4 chicken breasts, sliced into tenders
3 cups cornflakes, blended 2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
*Season chicken on both sides generously with salt and pepper.
*Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
*Prepare your cornflake crumb and add your seasonings. Mix well. *Dip tenders into egg bath and then directly into your cornflake breading, pressing down on each side to ensure the chicken is covered entirely.
*Add your air-fryer or Ninja Combi   Green Beans:
Fresh green beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
*Mix to combine and add to air fryer or Ninja Combi

Orzo: 1.5 cups uncooked orzo
3 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp fresh italian parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
*Cook your orzo until fluffy.
*Once done add your olive oil, lemon juice, parm and parsley. 
*Toss to combine.
