VEGAN BROWNIE BAKED OATMEAL (4 servings) Ingredients: 2 cups almond milk or low FODMAP milk 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups oats or Casa de Sante superfood protein oats available at casadesante.com. 1/4 cup cocoa 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp flax pinch of salt 1/3 cup chocolate chips. Mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and pour into a 6 × 9in pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. This is an oatmeal recipe* not a brownie recipe. #fodmap #fodmaprecipes
