If you’re looking for a gateway drug into the amber-filled wondrous world of #orangewine (not to mention an outstanding introduction to #naturalwine overall, at an incredible price to boot!) a praise the gods of all that is consecrated to the #Sacredskins and bow before the 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐎 𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐎 𝐌𝐄𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 (stunning label illustration courtesy of @giovansim ) by @giorgio.perego.505 , ere portrayed last month in Stockholm at the #realwine haven of @lagorakooperativ during our #Naturvin tour in occasion of @nordicnaturalia . 🍷🔥😈😈😈🔥🍷 This is a true giant of a #vinonaturale , which manages to achieve that elusive yet ineffable equilibrium between bringing cosmic joy to #vinnaturel freedom fighters like yours truly and stealing the heart of even the most casual drinker. It’s It’s 90% Rhine #Riesling, 5% Malvasia and 5% Cortese, wild-fermented and blessed by an unholy #maceration of 9 days and, after 5-7 months of elevage in steel, bottled with no trace of fining, filtration or added SO2. As is typical of many wines from #Oltrepopavese and of all Giorgio’s there is a tightly focused and vibrant energy, perfectly balanced by freshness and drinkability. It shimmers with bougainvillea compote, blood orange reduction, baked persimmon, wild cloves honey, dried violet petals, apricot and grilled kumquats with caramelised saffron. 🍷🔥😈😈😈🔥🍷 With “𝐂𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬” 𝐛𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 “𝐂𝐨𝐰𝐛𝐨𝐲𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥 🍷🔥😈😈😈🔥🍷 Giorgio is proudly imported in Denmark by @vintrovin , Sweden by @sakeman_sakesson , Korea by @cannonau_wine and Japan by @cuore_sardo_japan 🍷🔥😈😈😈🔥🍷
