15 minutes dairy and rf sugarfree nutty raspberry sponge cake 🧁 Say no more. It speaks for itself. Secret ingredient is the @nushfoods raspberry almond yogurt. I‘m obsessed as it is, but man it‘s great for baking. Makes one small spongecake that will rise to satisfaction. One pot @nushfoods raspberry yog 1/2 cups oats 1 tbsp protein powder, vanilla flavour (or more oats) 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (or more flour/oats/protein) 4 squares chocolate melted 80 g spelt flour 2 eggs Baking powder (pinch) Choc chips (optional) Mix the yoghurt with the oats, protein powder and flour and stir. Beat in eggs and stir, then add peanut butter and melted chocolate. Add baking powder and fold in the choc chips.
