Lemon Sorbet 🍋🍨 Dairy-free, super creamy and a lemon lovers dream!! ✨ So my confession is that I’d take a lemon dessert over choc or caramel any day. I’m truly lemon obsessed FOR LIFE! Ingredients 1 can coconut cream, chilled overnight 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp lemon zest 1/2 cup condensed coconut milk * (see notes below for substitute) 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Method 1. Add the coconut cream into your blender and blend until completely smooth. 2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend afain. 3. Pour into a loaf pan or a container of your choice, cover and freeze for a few hours or overnight (Within the first hour give it a stir 1-2 times then let set completely). 4. Allow to thaw at room temperature until softened. Serve! I decided to scoop out the flesh of a lemon to serve it in. Not necessary but extremely cute 😌💛 Notes * You can substitute this with 1/2 cup liquid sweetener of your choice eg. maple syrup or agave.
