When DH gets spoiled. 🎂 If you have been following my stories, then you must know even though I don’t like to make a big deal on my birthday, i go ALL OUT when it comes to my little fam. That heartfelt feeling when DH has been spoiled by my beloved clients all week, including this surprise luxury takeaway prepared by team @tetsusushibar_van. Each nigiri might seem simple in my photos but I assure you it is nothing but, as all the fish was handled with extra TLC, including special aging, curing and cutting techniques. And I love now Chef @satoshisushimakise works directly with fisherman in Shimane, Japan so it is as fresh as you can get and I was in awe of the special catch I tried for the first time. Don’t get us even started with his sushi rice. DH was all smiles and once again our hearts are grateful for all the kindness, and acknowledging all his BTS support of my work so I can continue to be stubborn and picky, and work with like-minded individuals and businesses.
