Make the Easiest & Yummiest Chicken Pulao ๐คค Recipe by @samrasuri โฅ๏ธ Chicken 1 medium- 800gms Oil - 1/2 cup Whole spices: cinnamon sticks, cloves, cumin seeds, black peppercorns and black cardamom Onions - 2 large Garlic - 4 cloves Ginger - small piece Green chilies - 3-4 Yogurt - 1 cup Salt to taste Black pepper- 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Rice - 3 cups (soaked for 20 mins) Water - 4 cups approximately Garnish: Cilantro ๐ฟ + Green chilies + Kewra water + Orange food color ๐ง Add whole spices in oil and when they start crackling then add onions and fry till slightly golden ๐ง Now add your chicken and fry for a few minutes ๐ง Then add the paste of Ginger, garlic and green chilies and mix well ๐ง Add yogurt, salt, garam masala and black pepper ๐ง Cook for couple of minutes then add a little water and cook on low until chicken is almost tender ๐ง Time to add your rice and water ๐ง Let it boil and when water dries up, top it with cilantro, green chilies, orange food color and some kewra water ๐ง Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes for dum. ๐ง Mix slightly and serve the best Pulao with Raita and Salad ๐คค Save this recipe now and share your recreations with @samrasuri & @one.pot.kitchen #chickenpulao #ricerecipes #pulao #pilaf #houstonblogger #houstontexas #usainfluencers
