Roast chicken, red cabbage salad, gravy - Marinated a whole chicken in "Apricot Brainstrain" sauce from @habaneroagogo Oven slow roasted with pink salt & olive oil and basted with the sauce. It's a mildish hot sauce. Has some heat from a mix of superhot chillies, but also gives off a fruity spice flavour due to the apricot, pear and cinnamon. It gave the chicken a delicious flavour and crispy glaze. I made a gravy using the pan juices from the chicken and the sauce, browned and thickened it with lupin flour. So good. #chickendinner #roastedchicken #lchfdiet #chillilovers #chillisauce #redcabbage #purplecabbage #cabbagesalad #aussiemade #southaustralia #supportaustralianbusiness #nonasties #lupinflour #gravy #lowcarbcommunity #habanero #allnaturalingredients #hotsauces #slowroasted #aussiefoodie #chickensofig #glazedchicken #lupin #lowcarbdownunder #homecookedmeals #lowcarbcooking #instafoodie #foodbloggersofinstagram
