My shower routine Product details: - @dove original bar soap: This is to cleanse my skin. Bar soaps do a better job at removing dirt and bacteria from your skin than a shower gel would. - @methodproducts coconut rice milk body wash: for a second cleanse and it smells so good. I’m obsessed with the smell and it lathers up so nicely. - Net exfoliating sponge: Has the right amount of abrasion needed during a shower to remove dead skins and dirt. - @sweetspotlabs gentle replenishing creamy body cleanser: The formula is ph balanced and it’s gynaecologist approved. I have been using as a feminine wash and I have had no issues. - @dove exfoliating body polish: this is a mild body scrub and it is great for sensitive skin. @treehut vitamin C Shea sugar scrub is great for a deeper scrub and it helps with hyperpigmentation. I switch between both, I didn’t feature the tree hut scrub in this reel. Side note: I exfoliate my skin twice a week. - @olay rinse off body conditioner: I use this once in a while whenever I have an “everything shower” it leaves your skin feeling so soft. I love it! - @eosproducts Vanilla cashmere 24hrs body lotion: This is the best lotion I’ve ever used. It is moisturizing and does not leave my skin feeling sticky like I have experienced in the past with certain moisturizers and it smells so good. - @aveenoca daily moisturizing oil mist: It’s hydrating and it gives my skin a healthy glow. - @dove 0% aluminum coconut and jasmine scent deodorant: I would highly recommend using a 0% aluminum deodorant if you have sensitive skin or sensitive underarms but I would not recommend this particular one if you sweat a lot. #showerroutine #bodycareroutine #glowingskin #summerskincareroutine #bodycaretips #dove #showerwithme #bodycareproducts #selfcare #selfcareroutine
