Sriracha wings If you are a spicy wing lover I highly recommend this. If you are not a fan of spice add honey to give it a glaze and reduce the spice level We literally inhaled eight of these in minutes That’s how good the creamy sauce was. Give it a try and let me know what you think Using my @instantpotuk Vortex Plus VersaZone Air Fryer to grill the chicken Watch the reel for visuals Follow the recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: step 1 ◾️8 Chicken wings ◾️Half red onion ◾️4/6 Clove of garlic ◾️Hand full of coriander ◾️1 Scotch bonnet ◾️1 tsp Paprika ◾️1 tsp All purpose seasoning @jamaicavalleyuk ◾️1 tsp chicken seasoning @jamaicavalleyuk ◾️1 tbsp Sriracha seasoning @schwartz.uk ◾️Salt to taste For the sauce: Step 2 ◾️Generous amount of butter ◾️2 tbsp double cream @elmlea_ukie Method: ◾️Add onion, garlic coriander and scotch bonnet to the food processor and blend into a paste, add water if needed to make the paste loose and leave aside ◾️Wash the wings and pat dry ◾️Take 1.5 tbsp of the blended paste and add to the wings ◾️Use all the remaining seasoning in step 1 to coat the wings and leave for 15 minutes to marinate. ◾️Add to air fryer and grill for 10 minutes on each side (20 minutes overall depending on the size of your wings) ◾️In a pan add butter and all the remaining paste blended earlier, cook it down for 3-4 minutes before adding the cream. ◾️Stir for further 3-4 minutes before adding the grilled wings ◾️Stir until the wings is fully coated in the sauce cook on slow heat for 4 minutes and turn of the heat… Voila!
