Asian University Cup ‘23 meet recap 🥇 . 1️⃣Squat: 277.5kg/610.5lbs (+2.5kg Comp PB) 🥇 2️⃣Bench: 172.5kg/379.5lbs (+0kg Equal PB) 🥇 3️⃣Deadlift: 287.5kg/632.5lbs (+12.5kg Comp PB) 🥈 . 🔁Total: 737.5kg/1622.5lbs (+15kg Comp PB) 🥇 ⚖️BW: 104.2kg/229lbs ☑️Attempts: 9/9 . A pleasure to battle it out with some great lifters this weekend at the 1st Asian Powerlifting Championships. . Words can’t express how I’m feeling… This comp meant a lot to me and to step away with a win in my category, medals on each lift, and to win best overall lifter in the entire competition was surreal. . I have to also mention that this is my first time ever going 9/9 in a comp so that’s another positive. 😂 Me and @strengthcoach_dan_db finally puzzled together a near ‘perfect’ day out, with the help of my bro’s exceptional handling skills of course 👌🏼 @strong.as.fulat .
