Continuing to find new ways to use my @dopamineo_world bands Todays 3 movements all involve accommodating resistance 1. Being able to get off the ground is huge in grappling, as well as then being able to get to your offense given the opportunity. I find that w/ this movement it helps reinforce that idea. The back to back explosive movements will help condition/strengthen the legs for such situations 2. Bear crawls are one of my favorite movements given the amount of creativity that can be applied to them. There is a neurological/coordination aspect when you force yourself to move opposite hand & foot in unison. For many it’ll force you to slow down & really be mindful w/ how you are moving your body. The bands are a nice addition to help force you maintain a strong base as you move side to side. 3. Staying in a good stance for as long as possible can give you an advantage over someone less conditioned who begins to stand more & more upright as the match progresses.
