“People who love to eat are always the best people”- Julia Child - we knew it was going to amazing when this is the quote on top of the menu 🤌 📍 @artofthetable Seattle We have always wanted to go here, and yesterday we celebrated our birthday and finally went! A tasting menu is our definition of the best gift and we loved every bite. A beautiful, romantic, and PNW driven dining spot. Something about trying courses together with someone is so romantic so you can talk about the flavors and your favorites. The menu changes frequently but some highlights from our experience: Tuna Crudo 🐟, @olsenfarms House Made Bacon with squash blossom chips 🥓, Neah Bay Black Cod with mushroom gremolata, @pacificroguewagyu Ribeye Steak with bok chou and crispy rice cake 🥩, and Jasmine- Huckleberry Mouse on an almond macaron 🎉 #SeattleFoodie #BestFoodSeattle #EatSeattle #SeattleWashington #seattlerestaurants #foodies #finedining #washingtonstate #pnw #pnwfood #seattlelife
