Need to clean out my fridge and what can be batter than Vagharelo Leftover Jowar Rotlo (Spiced up yogurt based gluten-free sorghum roti) after nori nom?!?! One of those classic leftover repurposed dishes I learned how to make it from my Kamu baa!! One of the best desi breakfasts IMO Details ⬇️, you can use the same method for any type of leftover rotis like wheat/jowar/bajra/corn/rice rotis, leftover khichdi or even store bought corn tortillas // INGREDIENTS // 2 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds 1/8 tsp Asafetida 5-6 Curry Leaves 1/3 cup Finely Chopped Onions 2 tsp Thai Green Chili & Ginger paste 1 tsp Minced Garlic 3/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1&3/4 cup Crumbled up Jowar Rotlo 1/2 cup Full Fat Desi Yogurt 1 cup Water (mic water and yogurt to smooth consistency before adding it to crumbled rotlo) 1/4 tsp Sugar 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Cilantro All the steps are mentioned in the video. Serve it immediately once cooked. If serving it later, add a little more water to make it runny since it tends to soak up moisture as it sits.
