Change is going to require trust in the process. I failed a lot to get to this point in my journey. Yes, the first step is to start.. To ask for help.. To game plan.. But I'll be clear that this journey is not an uphill progression just because you decided to take that first step.. It's going to require more of you than you can imagine.. It's going to take even more strength and discipline to stay committed It's going to take all of you, every decision you make, the most important one being to get back up again and keep going after you fell off course. I didn't just start and get to here. I took the first step.. Failed.. Learn and Grew.. Took another step.. Failed.. Learn and Grew.. Took a third step.. Failed.. Asked for help.. Learn and grew.. Failure is inevitable.. But how we react.. How we get back up.. That's on us. This is why trust in the process is important. It means that even when you feel like you can't take another step.. But do.. Shows that even though you can't see the final destination, you know and believe in your heart that it's possible Fear of failure holds so many people back But failure is the only way we can grow. For lot of us that's scary, and believe me I get it. Failure is an important part of the process, never forget that. However I have learned over time in order for change you have to learn to sit in the uncomfortableness of it It's heavy and overwhelming.. That's when most people quit. Learning to embrace it though, changes everything. Overtime you learn to love it. Don't let the pressure of change break you, but rather mold you into a better version of yourself Keep going, it's going to be worth it. Believe And if you need a reminder on why it's worth it..
