Idk about y’all, but I ate ALOT of cereal growing up. That’s typically what I was breaking my fast with. Usually cow milk (whole) and sugary cereals. And I would eat it multiple times in a day. Lol Now I love that I’m able to incorporate breaking my fast with fruits, in a bowl, and sort of in a way that resembles cereal from my childhood! 🤩 Lowkey it took me a while to realize why I became so obsessed with smoothie bowls once I started making them for myself.
