MEAL PREP BAKED OATS | Carrot Cake 🧡 This time we’re turning my favourite cake in the entire world into a high protein breakfast ~ because if you can, WHY would you not?! Makes 3-5 servings depending on appetite: ▫️ 200g rolled oats ▫️ 2-3 bananas ▫️ 60g @myprotein salted caramel soy protein ▫️ 420ml milk ▫️ 100g grated carrot ▫️ 1.5 tsp baking powder ▫️ 40g raisins ▫️ 50g dark chocolate ▫️ 30g walnuts 👩🍳 just assemble as shown, bake in the oven (180 degrees) for 35-40 mins and you’re good to go!
