You’re going to want to save this Rocky road bark because it’s just so delish! It’s just a few ingredients and the perfect way to celebrate the end of the summer hols (parents, I see you 👀 ) It’s such a fun one to make with kids and takes all of 5 mins to make! Play around with the toppings and do tag me in your recreations! 🥰 All you need is: 🌟 around 250g chocolate 🌟 6-8 biscuits 🌟 large handful of raisins 🌟 handful of flaked almonds 🌟 handful of marshmallows Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in, stirring gently. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the chocolate on, spreading it out with a spoon. Sprinkle on your toppings and place in the fridge to set, then break into pieces and enjoy!
