@cardiff10k 2023! 🏃🏻‍♂️ 31:52 - 16th Overall 🔥 I really could not be happier with how todays race went! After a difficult week and still carrying the niggle in my foot, I genuinely had no idea how my race was going to go! Felt strong at the start and settled into a nice pace, going through 5k in 15:51 and running at very close to PB pace! The second half was where things did get harder, a combination of the baking heat with some discomfort in my foot, led to me losing a little bit of time (not much) but it was enough to miss out on a new PB by just 6 seconds!
