Hate: Putting TT bars on a perfectly good non-TT bike. Love: Getting any bike ready for an adventure! Sedgefield 500 for me this Friday, getting back to doing what I love the most on a bike. I have struggled a bit with general stress these past few months and have been a bit shitty because of it at times, not ok and sorry if you got the wrong end of that, but somehow deciding to do a 24hr ride immediately made my mind feel better. I’m really just excited to be in the Karoo at night again with just a headlight and a line to follow, and maybe if my body lets me a goal to chase too. Those tri-bars are really an eyesore though, someone please convince me that the route doesn’t pass the 30% rule so that I can take them off! #benkyrides #justride
