✨Thai Red Curry✨ is spicy, creamy, and so satisfying with the BEST sauce. I get super overwhelmed in September with back to school and back to a million activities (can you relate?), so I really love having quick recipes that I can make with a couple of pantry staples (coconut milk and curry paste) plus whatever vegetables and protein I have on hand.
