Filipino Food In London | Part 6 🇵🇭 📍 Araw Ice Cream, 8 Market Street, Spitalfields, London @arawlondon is one of my favourite spots for Filipino owned Ice Cream, and they’ve finally opened their second pop up in Spitalfields, expanding their menu to a wide variety of popular Filipino desserts! They do the best Halo Halo that I’ve possibly tried in London so far - with their Klassic, consisting of toppings you’d actually find in a classic Filipino Halo Halo. It was definitely a ‘mix mix’ of everything! I was incredibly impressed by their Halo Halo take on the infamous Filipino Mango Float, super creamy and the mango flavour is popping! I love their collab with @k_a_p_i_h_a_n on their Ube Bibingka, which is a sweet rice cake topped with cheese! This actually wasn’t as sweet as I anticipated and the coconut strings tasted FRESH. They also had an interesting Gochujang Calamansi Sorbet, which was a mix of being refreshing, but also SPICY. It really kicked, hence why the Calamansi helped tone down the flavour and I was pleasantly surprised - I enjoyed it! Be sure to keep this one on your MUST VISIT FILIPINO SPOTS IN LONDON!
