I love this time of year!! The weather starts to cool off... It's time for baking and new fun recipes.. And one of my favorite things is slow mornings with home cooked breakfast and protein coffee ☕️ Protein coffee is always my go to whether I am making something at home or on the go! This does one of two things: 1. Gives my belly something in the morning when I don't want to cook or have time to 2. Adds more protein to my breakfast in the morning! A lot of times when we create meals, our carbs and fats can add up quickly Which is fine! We need those as these are our energy sources and fats specifically help support hormone production But protein plays a vital role in our overall health and wellness, as well as with our physique! This is why I recommend to consume at every meal/snack: • 20-30g of protein for females • 30-40g of protein for males To see the best results in their health and fitness journey! This is also why, I have incorporated Level-1 for years! Because it's convenient, tastes amazing, and fits my lifestyle 🙌🏼 Level-1 is a sustained assimilation protein powder.. that is slow digesting and will help to keep you fuller longer So whether you use it as a snack in between whole food meals..
