Don’t forget the chilli oil 😛 Cold Sesame Noodles (Taiwanese Liang Mian 凉面 but with rice noodles). They are creamy and dreamy and oh so delicious. I do recommend using the Chinese sesame paste because the seeds are unhulled and also toasted before grinding- if you’re using tahini try to find the roasted variety.
