serving up some savory and colorful inspo today 🤌🏼 no, you don’t *need* to balance out your pasta dishes. yes, this is an option for when you do want something that covers all your bases! (end of) summer-y pasta: what you need: pasta of choice (this was gluten-free penne), broccoli rabe, cannellini beans, cherry tomatoes, Italian sausage, olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes how to make: cook pasta according to box chop your broccoli rabe then add to pan on low-medium heat with generous serving of olive oil. season with salt and pepper, then cook until soft. drain and rinse cannellini beans. once sauté is soft, add beans to pan with more olive oil, salt, and pepper. stir then add your cooked pasta and halved cherry tomatoes. finish with chili flakes and another genius drizzle of olive oil (either to the pot or to your bowl once served) I added a cooked sausage for some protein to balance this meal out. again, not mandatory but an option! #mealinspo #pastarecipe #dinneridea #balancedbody #foodfreedom #nourishtoflourish #nourishnotpunish #wellnessblog
