ENCURTIDO 🇭🇳 🇬🇹 - 1 zanahoria - 1 o 2 chiles jalapeños - 1 o dos cebollas moradas - Remolacha cocida - Vinagre - Agua - 2 ajos - Tomillo en rama - Pimienta gorda - Laurel (opcional) - Orégano seco - Pimienta y cominos - Sal al gusto PROCEDIMIENTO: • Picar todo y sofreírlo a fuego medio en aceite vegetal por unos 3 minutos, por cada 2 tazas de agua es 1 taza de vinagre, incorporamos los condimentos y los ajos, cuando haya hervido colamos todo y vamos colocando dentro del recipiente los vegetales (yo le agregue chiles pequeños) y al final el agua de vinagre, dejamos reposar para que enfríe y lo ingresamos al refrigerador. ¡Listo!
