I am continuing my partnership cooking series with @albertleeappliance & @Electrolux! Steak and scallops with corn salsa seem like the absolute perfect way to wind down summer. I love cooking food that feels like a lovely crossover into fall. I’m cooking this perfect New York Strip steak on the @electrolux induction cooktop. I love a juicy, medium temp steak with a definite crust. I seared the steak in butter utilizing Electrolux’s precision temperature control feature, which automatically adjusted to maintain the temperature I set it to. Then, using the power slide feature; I simply slid the pan to the back burner and the cooktop automatically adjusted to keep it nice and warm while I seared up my scallops in the steak drippings!
