Gratitude 🙏🏻 one of the hallmarks of the culinary experience @innatbayfortune is the chance to work with a wide variety of ingredients like fresh eels from the rivers around us. Our team tackled this delicious challenge head on and now we’re searing eel over our homemade oak charcoal with our own eel unagi sauce!
