We’ve reached the time of year when Elderberry syrup becomes part of our daily wellness practice. The health benefits of Elderberry syrup are pretty widely known at this point, with multiple brands of the elixir available at just about every store that carries cough & cold products. I thought rather than repeating easily accessible information, I’d show you one way I consume my Spiced Elderberry Syrup and the Magick I am calling forth by doing so. Elderberry Attributes: Energy: Lunar Planet: Venus Element: Water Zodiac: Libra Properties: Healing, Protection, Purification, Beauty, Abundance, Banishing, Consecration, Cleansing I’ve simply added 2 tsp of my homemade Spiced Elderberry Syrup to an 8 Oz glass and topped it with Italian Sparkling Mineral Water. Sparkling water, soda, and tonic will do as well. Ginger Beer is particularly delicious. As you drink, focus your intention on the magickal properties you wish to invoke flowing into your mouth, down your throat, into your belly.
