This weekend I intended to remind you of the "Cafe Painting" online workshop on October 7th, hence the tea-cup from my days painting watercolours for the Ritz Club's annual calendar at the Ritz London! However, this week Studio56boutique also released details about next year's painting holiday on the gorgeous Greek island of Santorini, and I wanted to let you know asap as places are filling fast. Full details can be found in the link in the bio but suffice it to say this painting destination (along with the Aurora Borealis) has been at the top of my bucket list for many years, ever since I saw Ken Howard’s charming paintings of the blue domed churches of Oia. To play with blues, especially Cobalt and Ultramarine, is going to be very exciting…I can hardly wait.
