Making these PSL-inspired crepes by @babytamagooo ASAP. 🎃🍂 Ingredients: 2-2.5 cups coffee-steeped whole milk 1.5 cups all-purpose flour 2 tbsp melted butter 3 tbsp sugar 4 eggs 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1 tsp pumpkin spice 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of slat 1. Whist all the ingredients in a bowl, making sure there are no streaks or lumps. Consistency should be like heavy cream. Add 1/2 cup of milk if too thick. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min-1 hour 3. Heat nonstick pan to medium hear and brush with a little oil. 4. Ladle batter into pan while swirling with your other hand to make sure the batter covers the entire surface in a very thin layer. 5. Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes until edges just start to crisp up. Optional to add a little butter to the pan. 6. Flip very carefully with a flat spatula or your hands by grabbing the corner of the crepe. 7. Repeat with the rest of the batter. 8. For the cream: mix 1 cup heavy cream with 1 tbsp powdered sugar, a dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract. Whisk until still peaks and roll on top of your crepes.
