Cynthia has been a Flight Attendant with Southwest for 19 years but this year was extra special because she welcomed her granddaughter, Hannah, into the Southwest family. Hannah said her grandmother’s compassion for serving others is what inspired her to become a Flight Attendant along with the memories of flying with her growing up.
