300 Calorie Pb&J Protein Bowl 🥜 🍓 Blend together the following: -> 1 cup (140g) frozen raspberries -> 1 scoop vanilla protein (only protein powder i cook with is linked in my bio!) -> 2tbsp PB2 powder -> 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml) -> 6 ice cubes **for extra peanut butter taste, I like to add in 1 scoop of my favorite Peanut Butter Collagen! (also adds 15 more grams of protein!!!!) …blend for literally like 2 minutes MINIMUM lol. I haven’t timed myself, but I blend it anywhere from like 2-4 minutes!! you’ll see it start to expand and fluff up, it’ll all be one color in the blender (this light pink color) and that is a good sign it’s done!
