@babdelrahman asked recently, 'Congratulations on the first year and how does it feels so far?' . Me : (hesitated for 30 sec) Well, it has it's very own ups and downs. Switching the teaching mode to management role to and fro on a constant basis. . Deep down, I know I toned down that role of an educator/coaching from 100% to be balanced out with managing a studio wasn't an easy task. A neighbour nearby, @j0hnny_ye0 from @fitnessbravo said a year ago, 'Now, you'll be so particular about the condition of the studio. Even to the tiniest details'. Hell yes! He got that right! Every week is a standby universe! Area cleaning, scrubbing the toilet bowls, top up of tissues/soaps and all other operational-wise. (Full timer cleaner, part time teacher). I haven't touch on the MBO and admin side of things (lucky for me, I had the opportunity to manipulate it for 8 years!), scheduling but I am bless to have an amazing team of responsible and ethical teachers that bears 75% of my workload. They took the most of the load to uphold the cleanliness of the studio. Thank you so so much! . That all said, it has been a year of figuring things out. A year of countless apologies, celebrations, stumbling, thriving, squabbles/fights with @lulu_razali, growth, development and maturity in the industry to a whole new level. . Now...
