In the words of @andyfrisella , we all have the potential to be great. 💯 Excuse the mind of its own curly hair 🙆🏽‍♀️ but I have lost 105 pounds as of last week. I feel more comfortable in my skin both mentally and physically. I'm here to let you know that if you are willing to go outside of your comfort zone then you can better yourself. It starts with you, you doing the work such as a mental toughness program like 75 Hard, eating clean foods, strength training, cardio, using an app like @1stphorm to track your fitness goals, for your workout program as well as so many other tools and having a wonderful advisor like @katiejanehoehn who has you check with in weekly for accountability. My life changed last year when I walked into a @s2faction store. I needed help and I was too stubborn to ask for it, so they gave me a customized meal plan and told me about the in-body scans. Fast forward to now and I pretty much live at an S2 store 😂 (I love learning and the community they built), I started @centralstandardcoffee company with my husband Jon 🙋🏻‍♂️. I have completed my 3rd round of 75 Hard and 1 complete round of the Live Hard Program. I'm not where I was, and I'm not where I want to be but I'm working hard to become a better me.
