Did someone say salted caramel magnums? 6 ingredients, so easy, SO delicious and perfect if it’s hot where you are (or if it’s not)! This flavour is just *chefs kiss* and they’re banana free as well as GF, vegan and no refined sugar! here’s the recipe! Ingredients 🌟 1/2 cup coconut cream (the hart part from a tin of coconut milk) 🌟 2 tbsp cashew butter (I used @meridianfoods) 🌟 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 🌟 pinch of sea salt For the caramel (makes one jar)* 🌟 85g (½ cup) coconut sugar 🌟180ml (¾ cup) plus 2 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk 🌟pinch of salt (I used @cornishsea_salt) To coat 🌟around 200g chocolate (I used raw halo) For the ice cream mixture, blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then pour into moulds and freeze. Make the caramel by adding the coconut sugar and coconut milk to a saucepan on a medium to high heat and stir until the sugar dissolves completely, then bring to a boil and simmer on a low to medium heat for around 30–40 minutes, stirring until it just begins to thicken and has turned a dark amber colour.  Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the salt, then leave to cool completely. Spread a little caramel on each of the ice creams, then place back in the freezer. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat, then remove from the heat and dunk the ice creams in one by one. Enjoy once the chocolate is set or store them in the freezer for later!
