TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY We would like you all to meet the adorable Raffie, who came over from Portugal 4 years ago. He was an incredibly shy boy when he met his foster mum but she was relieved to have 3 other dogs to keep him company until he found his forever home. He set out from Day 1 to fit in with the rest of the pack but along the way hit some issues. Getting used to life in his new home was a struggle, he was terrified to be put on a lead and had to be shut in a room and cornered. His foster mum made the scary decision to let him be free, follow the rest of the pack, and pray that he would make his way back with them at the end of the walk. This became a breakthrough for Raffie as it allowed him a freedom that he had never known and he ran and ran until he was exhausted. This is where his foster mum senses that she has the most amazing dog beside her and makes the decision to keep him. Raffie became a failed foster but has made it into the most loving home and is a part of his very own pack. It took a very long time to gain his trust due to his trauma but now that he has, he is the happiest chap. Here are some fun facts about Raffie: 🥰 He is a confident, charming and charismatic dog who is happy to be stroked by dog lovers that he meets. 🏃🏽‍♂️He doesn’t worry about toys because he loves to play chase with the rest of his doggy family. 🐕He is playful and outgoing with other dogs and particularly loves to play with small puppies. 🐰He loves to pretend to be a hunter and chase the scent of rabbits and deer. We are so grateful that Raffie has had such a groundbreaking transformation from a once terrified pup to a confident and charming one.
