TARTS (FAMOUS): you might’ve glimpsed on our stories that I offered to fill in Gareth’s Incoming Passenger Card when we came through Melbourne Airport on Monday on the way home from Bali, and put his regular occupation as ‘CHEF (FAMOUS)’ I couldn’t have been happier with the result, either, because due to his passport having a glitchy microchip, he had to personally hand it to passport control who had no problem telling him they’d never heard of him. HA! Poking light-hearted fun of Gareth is one of my all-time favourite things to do, but if there’s one thing I can’t make fun of him for it’s how seriously good he has made the Hazelnut Espresso Brûlée Tart. I think it’s probably in my top 3, ever!
