LOOKING FOR A BRAAI DAY SNACK IDEA?⁣ ⁣ I’ve got just the thing for you - Camembert baked in white wine, garlic and fresh herbs, served with garlic rubbed, toasted baguette or ciabatta - all done on the braai. ⁣ ⁣ I used my @victoriacookwarersa 20cm Cast Iron Skillet for this recipe. These Victoria pieces are such a great investment, and it doesn’t hurt that they photograph so well either 🤩 ⁣ ⁣ I’ve chosen to work with their seasoned range as opposed to enameled, as I was specifically looking for a range to use on the fire, and I believe seasoned is better suited for this. ⁣ ⁣ A little more maintenance than the enameled, but once they’re properly seasoned, they’re much better non-stick than enameled and you’ll use a lot less oil in your cooking. ⁣ ⁣ Remember to enter my giveaway (2 posts back) for your chance to own two of these incredible pieces.
