1️⃣ WALK EVERYDAY NO EXCUSES MINIMUM 30 MINUTES ( this is the secret sauce ) 2️⃣ CUT OUT ALL IF NOT MOST REFINED BAD CARBS AND PROCESSED FOODS 3️⃣ ANIMAL BASED DIET 4️⃣ BUILT A WORKOUT ROUTINE AND STUCK TO IT W/ 2 ACTIVE REST DAYS 5️⃣ HARD F**KING WORK DAY IN AND DAY OUT REMEMBER you are in control of your day , your actions , your diet and your water intake . Weather you are in your new mom era or just someone trying to change their habits forever . You either let the day get the best of you and make excuses or you become 1% better everyday. Good days , great days , bad days , upset days , I don’t want to days and hard asf days , they all will come! It’s up to you to set the BS aside and know what you have to do to keep going , form discipline and DO THE WEEERK 👏🏼 JUST START AND FIND YOUR FLOW . It won’t come easily but it will come if you actually put in the work. No one knows what you do behind closed doors so it’s up to YOU to actually eat the right foods , do your walk and your work , do the work that needs to be done to get to where you want to be in your fitness / health goals. GIVE YOURSELF TIME , if your just getting back to it . Don’t gas yourself out , slowing pick up the pace each week.
