spicy chickpeas, grilled fish, crispy baby spinach, and fragrant coriander, they all come together in this salad. ☆ (Türkçe ⤵️ ) . last day at home before a long trip, trying to use the green stuff from the fridge as much as possible. I also had some left-over pieces of grilled John Dory there. with the help of larder ingredients, it turned out to be a great salad, one I would love to repeat. . the frozen chickpeas and pearl onions went to the pan with some evoo. briskly sautéed before adding salt, freshly ground pepper, rice vinegar, and balsamico.a few more minutes of sautéing and the work is done. Ì placed pieces of the grilled fish into the pan, so they also warmed, enough to lose the fridge chill. . onto the plates went the spinach. placed the fish on top. then added some chilli jam, grated lime rind, and the juice of 1/2 lime to the chickpeas in the pan. It all came together with Evoo. . so I used the chickpeas and pearl onions as a sauce. finished with fragrant coriander and mint leaves. .
