Dos Skillet Nachos Dos Nachos for real, making these again for my Monday Night Munchies for MNF. Also, not me saying my girl tag name wrong in my voiceover 🤦🏽‍♀️ @platedbydee activated my greedy. Original credit to THEE @cookingwithdestiny 👩🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳 1lb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey 2 Different bags of chips. I used spicy Doritos and Mission Taco Seasoning - to taste 10oz Rotel tomatoes and green chilies Mexican Blend Cheese Optional Toppings- Sour Cream, Salsa, Jalapeños, Guacamole. In a skillet cook protein on medium heat until browned. Drain meat Add taco seasoning and Rotel. Mix completely Add Mexican blend cheese and cover until cheese has melted In a 13x9 put half of chips on one side and the other chips on the other side. Once cheese has melted Mix to combine cheese with meat Pour over nachos Serve with additional condiments if desired.
