One Bowl- Bakery Style Pumpkin Crumb Muffins 🎃😋 These Pumpkin Crumb muffins are so tasty and easy to make! You only need one bowl. The Bakery Style Muffin is moist and made with Botticelli baking olive oil vs. a butter or vegetable oil. They are an explosion of Fall in your mouth. Full recipe below. Ingredients Muffin Batter: * 1 1/2 cup flour * 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice * 1 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp baking soda * 1/4 tsp salt * 1/4 cup whole milk  * 1/2 cup @botticellifoods Baking Olive Oil * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup pumpkin puree  * 1/2 cup light brown sugar  Crumb Topping: * 1/2 cup flour * 1/2 cup dark brown sugar * 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Icing: * 1/2 cup powder sugar * 2 tbsp milk Directions * Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease jumbo muffin pan. This makes 6 large muffins. * In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk together. In the same bowl add milk, olive oil, eggs, pumpkin puree and brown sugar. Combine together.      * Add pumpkin batter to jumbo muffin pan. Make Crumb topping by combining flour, brown sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle over muffins, reserving half. * Bake muffins for 10 minutes and add remaining crumb topping. Bake for 8-10 more minutes. Total of 18-20 minutes of baking. While muffins cool make icing. Combine powder sugar and milk and stir. Add to pippin bag and drizzle.
