INSANE BREAKFAST RECIPE🤯 Save it ❤️ . . Soak 1 cup kabuli chana with 4-5 pieces of dried amla and a tea bag (or tie tea leaves in a cloth) . Soak for 5-6 hours. Remove teabag, add salt and boil till chana is cooked. . Now heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a vessel, add 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 3 tsp chana masala powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp aamchoor powder, salt, 1/2 tsp anardana powder and mix well, cook till masala starts leaving oil. Add 3 blended tomatoes to this masala and cook till masala leaves oil completely. Now add the boiled chana and chana water. Mix it well. Also mash the chana a bit to make the texture better. After cooking for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 tsp chana masala,add 2 green chillies, some ginger julienne and pour 2 tbsp hot ghee on top of it.
