Today’s sandwich is being done in collaboration with the Washington State History Museum and their new exhibit, Natural Remedy. It explores the impact the Civilian Conservation Corp that was created during the Great Depression to employe men 18-25 years old. The Great Depression was brutal not just from an economic food security standpoint so this really solved two problems at once.
