Camping at Point Reyes National Seashore? Here’s a few tips on preparing for your trip. 1. All campground sites require a reservation, which can only be made online at Recreation.gov. 2. All our campgrounds are in the backcountry and can only be accessed by hiking, biking, or on horseback. 3. All campgrounds have potable water, food storage lockers, picnic tables, and vault toilets. 4. Beach fires are permitted when there is no Spare the Air alerts or when fire danger is low/moderate. Call 415-464-5100 x2, x1 for current fire information. 5. Know before you go! Visit nps.gov/pore for current park conditions.
