Aloha 🌺 Thank you so much for all the kind messages regarding my dad's passing. It truly means a lot to feel the support from our community. I am incredibly grateful for the time I had with my family and for being a part of a beautiful sendoff where we could honor him as the amazing person he was. There were moments when my perspective shifted, and I realized that my goal of getting fit was not the only important thing. However, I know that he would have wanted me to continue pushing forward and striving for what I've worked so hard for this year, as he was my biggest fan. The final block at altitude is complete, and I have made significant progress. This year has been filled with the most hours spent at altitude, and it also felt like the year where my body struggled the most with it. Despite the challenges, it led to a surprising Long Distance World Record, and who knows what else might happen in three weeks.
